I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The shower drainage was abysmal, leaving me standing in a puddle every time I bathed, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the bed made loud squeaking noises during intimate moments, disrupting the mood. To make matters worse, I was often disturbed by the train sounds early in the mornings, which severely affected my sleep quality.

stayed at kronwell for 2 nights and loved it! the location is super convenient, right next to the station. the room was cozy and welcoming, and the spa services were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the hot tea provided in our room. it was a lovely touch.
